After more than 20 years in senior roles at Newsquest, Centaur, and Emap, Frank Media Projects was launched by Dan King (pictured above) in 2012 to help publishers with digital transformation and product development projects.

Dan is also co-founder of Insurance DataLab, a new market intelligence platform delivering insights on the performance of insurance companies operating in the UK and Gibraltar.

At Newsquest Dan introduced a number of digital products and events as Publisher of Insurance Times before returning with Frank Media Projects to develop a new insurer ratings system and, most recently, as Publishing Director of StrategicRISK and Global Reinsurance.

Dan worked at Centaur for almost a decade, launching its international division, re-positioning Logistics Manager as the dominant multi-channel information provider for the supply chain community, and transforming its network of engineering industry websites into a profitable business - The Engineer Online.

Earlier in his career Dan managed the Autotrader.co.uk account for digital agency AdLINK, and in April 2000 had a senior role on the launch team that developed the World’s first virtual newscaster to huge global media coverage – Ananova.com - which was later sold by the Press Association to Orange for £95million.
